Ultrasonic cleaning uses sound waves in a cleaning bath to loosen contamination from intricate metal components. We assess your parts and select a suitable cleaning approach using branded Sealey fluid.
Our focus is pre-war AMAL carburettors, alongside other carburettors and suitable small mechanical parts. Tell us about the materials, condition and any fragile finishes before sending them in.

We check suitability and send a quote with a secure payment link. The cost and return arrangements are agreed before work starts.

Send your drained, safely packed carburettor. Stripping is optional and costs extra. You pay all postage. We clean and return the parts unassembled.

Do I need to dismantle my carburettor?
Send dismantled parts ready to clean, or request optional stripping at extra cost. Old and fragile components carry a risk of breakage even with care; we assess before proceeding. We do not reassemble.
Does cleaning repair a worn carburettor?
Cleaning removes suitable contamination. It does not repair wear, cracks, corrosion damage or guarantee a running result. We do not offer reassembly, rebuilding, tuning or a guarantee of roadworthiness.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
We quote after reviewing the parts, quantity, dimensions and condition. Your quote confirms cleaning, optional stripping, customer-paid return delivery and expected turnaround before you pay. You also pay outward postage.
Where do I send my parts?
Once we confirm your request: Dynamo Works Limited, 52 Kinglake House, Denman Avenue, Southall, UB2 4GA. Include your order reference and use tracked delivery. Drain all fuel and oil and follow your carrier's rules.
